1. Payment Methods
You can make your payments using paypal which accepts most major credit and debit cards.
Alternatively you can place your order by telephone by calling (0044) 01636 815487 and your payment can be be made by card or cheque made payable to Home Cottage and posted to;

2. For Your Peace of mind
Bark Gear will not disclose any of your personal data to other organisations.
3. Refunds and exchanges
If any of our Bark Gear products fails to meet your expectations or you need a different size, we will exchange or make a refund for your product if it is returned within seven days of your receipt of goods. The purchase has to be in an unused condition and be in the original packaging. Please note if a refund is made it will be for the value of the product only and will not include return postage.
4. Prices
Prices are as set on www.barkgear.co.uk website and include VAT but exclude delivery charges. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time.
5. Postage and Packaging
Orders within the UK will be sent via Royal Mail. Postage will be charged at GBP 4.50 for UK deliveries and GBP 7.50 for deliveries to destinations outside the UK. Delivery charges must be paid with your order.
6. Delivery
We will endeavour to ensure delivery within 3 to 5 working days from receipt of your order. If the product ordered is out of stock we will inform you and give a revised delivery date.
